In tipical italian menu there is a second dish: meat, fish or vegetables.

Just to have an idea it's possible to make: scaloppina, abbacchio scottadito, saltimbocca alla romana, polpette della nonna, melanzane alla parmigiana e filetti di baccalà.
Program is decided by chef and season availability.
